The Zhuhai headquarters is located in Zhuhai, Guangdong, with the existing Unitech Technology Park to the north and a planned second-phase headquarters base to the south. Positioned at the center of these two industrial zones, the project serves as a pivotal link.

The design envisions an intelligent, innovative, and secure industrial park, connecting the northern Unitech Technology Park to the southern planned phase and establishing a central headquarters hub. It creates a creative ecosystem combining office, leisure, and collaborative spaces.
