Renovation

Zhongshan Shiqi V-Mix Center is China Resources Mixc Lifestyle's first project in Zhongshan, renovating and upgrading the original Perfect Golden Eagle Plaza. China Resources Mixc Lifestyle is responsible for overall operation and management.
The project is located at the intersection of Sunwen East Road and Xingzhong Road, situated within a city complex that integrates landmark office buildings, high-end hotels, and upscale residences in the city center.

The schematic design of this project was completed by the FLAME team (Fan Qiong, Shi Changyuan, Shao Yan, Wu Fengzhou, and Wan Liqing) during their time at Shanghai Qialan Architectural Design Co., Ltd.
