Renovation

The project will be completed in two phases:
Phase I upgrades the first floor (2025), and Phase II updates B1 and Levels 2–3 (2026). FLAME oversees the full design process.

Traditional linear circulation prioritizes efficiency but lacks experiential quality.

In this renewal, the main axis is transformed into a rhythmic sequence of experience nodes, adding pauses, shifts, and narrative layers. Circulation becomes a space for interaction and engagement, moving from pure efficiency to an experience-driven approach.
