The city’s new skyline is defined by staggered, layered volumes—the tower generates a suspended spatial tension through displacement and segmentation, while set-back terraces create dynamic rhythm within a rational order.

The commercial podium activates the streetscape, integrating displays, wayfinding, and pedestrian flow into a seamless experience. The tower façade, articulated with glass and linear metal details, emphasizes clear edges, while light and shadow animate the volumetric joints. At night, the building shines with brilliance and ceremonial presence, establishing a memorable urban landmark.
